True I made a mistake and sent the wrong Oris…a watch priced $800 more than the watch he purchased. I agreed to pay for the return shipping and ship the correct watch as well. I also offered to include $100 bill when shipping the correct watch for my error…Buyer refused and received refund. Mistakes happen…buyer was rude and uncooperative.

The description of the item did not match the delivered package. Dealer was good to communicate with, but ultimately the product didn't match what I thought I had purchased . Specifically, it said it would come with original papers and it did not - so I returned it.

Listing clearly pictured and explained EXACTLY what came with the watch. Buyer simply didn’t read the listing and made an assumption…Agreed to taking the watch back in return as a gesture of good faith.

Nice chap. Perhaps a bit more clarity needed to any scratches on the watch. A circle around the scratch is better than just review in super detail. I don’t mean hairline scratches. More significant scratches or dents … best to circle. Like the japanese dealers do. Anyway, seller is reasonable and prices are decent. Shops fast. And ships well packed. 👍🏻

First, this very watch is still listed for sale on the Sutor House website, even though I have purchased and received this supposedly one-of-a-kind limited edition #67 of 100; this might be an oversight on the part of the seller, but THE SAME watch was listed for sale on Chrono24 under a different listing number after I made my purchase. That listing is now gone since mentioning it to a representative at Chrono24. Something is fishy about this. Secondly, the condition is described as “flawless,” but there is a crack in the ceramic bezel which I did not see until scrutinizing the watch in person. After seeing the crack, I referred back to the photos in both listings, and it is visible in the photos, the crack running from the upper righthand corner of the “3” in the numeral “30” directly to the edge of the bezel insert. This is a minor flaw, but does not qualify as flawless. I am left wondering how many of these “67/100” limited-edition Zinexes there really are. So far, seller has not answered my several phone calls.

Um...one of a kind #67/100 doesn’t add up...there would be 100 of them...Next, as for it being listed on my website...maybe you could just contact me and ask a question...or, remind me to remove the listing if it bothers you so much...sometimes we get busy with other things and forget...it does happen...there doesn’t have to be a conspiracy...maybe something as simple as I am going rough a separation from my wife, had to buy a new house, moved in to it last weekend and am simply in the weeds...you have a very suspicious way of toning. A simple email to me would have cleared this up for you dont you think?? As for the scratch on the bezel...that you can see in the pictures...basically the pictures tell all and if you missed it thats kind of on you...If you are not happy with the condition you could always contact me and ask me to take the watch back...instead you chose the feedback area to make your points...seems like you are more concerned about leaving a review than actually resolving any issue you have...pretty much what’s wrong in the world today... Stick to eBay

The dealer packaged and sent the wrong watch and he excuse was his age and his vision . Packaging and communication was good but I will give one star because they did send the wrong item . They did not pay attention and taking seriously their clients . Unless they are shipping 100s of watches everyday . I see no reason for mistake unless they tried to sell me the wrong watch
