Woudn,t want to use fed/ex again 3rd time now their rubbish, held my purchase this time for 25hrs once I had paid my custom duties before it was on the move again, so it was not delivered by the end of that week. Only UPS or DHL in the future

I had issue only with the way the watch had been displayed for sale. I was unfamiliar with parmigiani flourer watches and it looked nice on all the pictures. However, upon further investigation I discovered that this particular model had an unusual front profile in that the face was oval. The watch no longer appealed to me and I had to cancel. I gave 4 stars only because I felt the images in the Chrono24 ad masked a glaring uniqueness to the watch that may not appeal to everyone. I would prefer if sellers were completely upfront and exercise full disclosure.
