After unpacking the watch crown fell out. The seller covers only part of the repair costs

We are very sorry for this. We offered two solutions: 1.) A full refund for returning the watch or 2.) A partial refund to keep the watch. Buyer chose option #2 to keep it. We offered a fair resolution that satisfied the buyer, that is why he decided to not return it. Sale was completed successfully and both parties settled at the end.

The watch was classified as being a condition of "2", however the dial was scratched up (the "Swiss made" portion of the dial was scratched off which was not seen in the photos nor pointed out to in the description. I had to waste money on return shipping on a watch I wouldn't have bought in the first place had the listing been more honest.

The Dial and the entire watch is in very good conditions. The "Swiss Made" on the Dial is NOT scratched up. The reason why is not seen is because there is an internal bezel that is not allowing the Swiss Made to be seen, but is NOT scratched up. I recognize however that this should have been noted in the description. Thanks
