Scratches were so minuscule that could be easily overlooked. Possible they were not even there at the time of sale. In any case, We took watch back no questions asked. With us it’s important for customer to be happy, if you are not happy , we are not happy.

Great transaction, although a bit disappointed that there were two small chips on the edge of the crystal. "Excellent condition without issues" would normally indicate that there is no damage to the crystal.

Fast shipping, watch looked new. Seller advertised original box and paper but paper was not included.

In the description it says watch comes with Jomashop card, not original card. Watch did include Jomashop card with 2 years of warranty from them. You also put 3 stars on communication, which totally unfair, as we answer all questions within 2 hours range, we would not recommend this buyer.

Reading description helps understand condition better then just looking at pictures. 4 out of 5 for shipping and communication is unfair as I had the watch pressurized by watchmaker at your request that took extra day and I kept buyer informed along the process by texting and messaging. Then the watch was overnighted.

Watch arrived with scratches on the sapphire display glass that were not described in the sales listing, but the dealer was easy to work with in returning the order. Fair pricing.
