Am Uhrenarmband fehlte eine Schraube. Am Verlängerungsstück fehlten 3 von 7 Elementen. Die Uhr wurde offensichtlich vom Händler nicht kontrolliert. Dies erzeugt nun bei mir beim lokalen Händler ziemliche Mehrkosten.

Wieso haben Sie uns nicht kontaktiert? Wir hätten dies selbstverständlich in Ordnung gebracht! Die fehlende Schraube haben wir leider übersehen, die mitgelieferten Ersatzteile waren nicht Bestandteil des Angebotes (weder beschrieben noch abgebildet) und wir geben diese Teile so weiter wie wir sie bekommen haben.

The watch was held up at UK airport with no notification other than a text from DHL asking for money (which looked exactly like a scam so was ignored). DHL needs to up its game - the payment was needed for UK VAT but this wasn't explained, and there was no breakdown of the sum demanded. This was not the dealer's fault but if DHL is to be used as the carrier, they need to be instructed.
Dealer's comment:
Shipment was sent with Fedex and not with DHL. All paperwork was filled out correctly. Unfortunately, customs clearance is in chaos in the UK at the moment!

I am very happy with the watch, it is in as described condition. However, I am disappointed the watch was not packaged properly, as the watch was not secured in the box and it rolled around freely in the heuer box and has worn the heuer inscription inside the box. These boxes are very costly to buy on there own. It is something that could have been easily avoided.

Hello Mr. B., we're glad you like the watch, it's a very stylish piece really. We're thankful and appreciate the honesty and your constructive words. We can assure you that we always make sure to package our watches as safely as possible. I'm almost certain there was even bubble wrap inside of the watch box. I'm sure there was no major movement as the dimensions of the box are quite small. Maybe the package was handled unusually rough which would explain why the watch wasn't secured anymore. Even so, we're very sorry this has happened and we understand your dissatisfaction. Maybe it would've been better to pack the watch separately from the box for such long distances.
