The dealer chose to use the Swiss Post as the carrier. That is not a problem, the problem is La Poste Francaise. They chose to stall the package, rip it apart and keep it at their premises for two weeks. This has nothing to do with the good will and the professionalism of Juval Horlogerie whose communication indicated far more worry than I ever felt. My experience with Juval is all positive. We have two discreet things here, JUVAL get five stars but La Poste Francaise steals two of them. The watch is the most beautiful item I have ever held in my hand. Forget-me-not. Fantastic!

(-)Se la faire livrer en Europe il faut s'acquitter des taxes et des frais de dédouanement,pour moi (25 % en totalité),beaucoup trop et injuste! L'idéal:effectuer un petit voyage en Suisse,acheter la montre sur place avec supplément de 7,7% pour les taxes. (+)Excellente communication:obtenu infos et photos supplémentaires à propos de la montre,échange instructif:je pense que dans l'avenir, Juval sera plus transparent lors des transactions en incluant les taxes pour ses clients européens,évitant certaines surprises désagréables.

Veloce nella spedizione , orologio perfetto . Solo che non è un orologio a carica automatica così come nella descrizione ma a carica manuale. Le 98 euro di tasse doganali hanno rovinato la festa, fino ad un certo punto comunque!!

Svájc és az Európai Uniós országok között minden egyezmény ellenére nehezebben megy az áruk mozgása és a deklarációk ellenére VÁM is van. Az órát a minap kaptam meg kb. egy hónapos szállítási és VÁM eljárás után. Ezek után kifizettettek velem kb. 220 EU-t. Úgyhogy sem az órával, sem a svájci céggel nincs gondom, ellenben ez a hatalmas ártöbblet meggondolásra késztet Svájcból órát rendelni a jövőben.
