The discount offered was not honored, and the commercial invoice reflected the discount but the payment was made in full price, as consequence, the import and clearance process was struggling and more expensive because of the discrepancy between the two amounts. When I asked for the correct commercial invoice, the dealer simply did not response. Definitely I won’t repeat a purchase with this vendor.

Watch is perfect and authentic as advetised. Communication is slow, takes a long time to reply. A transaction that could have been just hours took days. But when it was paid, package came after 24 hours. But is still happy with the purchase.

leider war die Uhr komplett vom Werk defekt, ansonsten sah die Uhr sehr gut aus. Der Preis war auch sehr anssprechend, aber eben nicht für defekte Ware. Die Retoure war aufgrund Privatperson und Zoll sehr schwierig. Mit Retourlabel von dem Verkäufer wäre es sichtlich einfacher gewesen.

I do understand our label would have made for an easier process for you, however, U.S. customs does not allow us to create our own label from Denmark to the U.S. Of course if you were in the U.S. we would have been more than happy to accommodate. Unfortunately it was a unforeseen issue and did what we could to make it right. Per our conversations, we offered to cover the cost of service to you locally which turned to not be available.
