I purchased the watch with original box and papers but on the day it was supposed to be sent they could not find the box or papers. That was a shame as I really had looked forward to get the watch so I ended up buying it with a small refund. Good communication and accurate pictures. Recommend 🙂

Sehr schnelle, freundliche und kompetente Abwicklung! Angenehmer Kontakt. Leider hatte die Uhr auf der Lünette einen Kratzer, der auf den Bildern nicht erkennbar war. Da die Uhr aber als gebraucht eingestellt war, habe ich es nicht beanstandet.

Entgegen klarer (und bestätigter) Versandanweisungen hat der Händler die Uhr nicht an die Lieferadresse in Deutschland, sondern an die Rechnungsadresse in der Schweiz geschickt - mit eventuellen Zoll- und MWSt-Konsequenzen (zur Zeit noch nicht bekannt).

Alles in allem gut gelaufen, bei Problemen wurde die Rücknahme sofort angeboten. Die Verpackung war für so ein Produkt etwas unprofessionell, aber sicher genug. Eine Produktbeschreibung hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können. Ich würde hier wieder kaufen und kann den Händler weiterempfehlen.
