The watch was as described, except that the dealer, Gabriel, initially failed to ship a link that had been removed. He explained that it had been removed so that the watch would fit better on the display in the store, and it had been omitted inadvertently when the watch was shipped. After some back and forth, he shipped the additional link to me. All the documentation was in order and included with the initial shipment, and the watch is truly beautiful. It's now my favorite watch, and I don't want to take it off! Thanks for making things right, Gabriel. :)

Shopping for Rolex Online was never in my list until I find Chrono24 and this vertified dealer. We need more of this dealers , like Sky diamond , honest and trustworthy , able to shop with peace of mind.

Here's my honest feedback on my transaction. First of all, I love the watch. The Oyster Batman has been my personal grail watch, and it was delivered, unworn, with many stickers still on the watch. Box and papers were also included, as described. Communication: Seller responded quickly to several questions regarding shipping status, etc. Super responsive in answering my questions. Seller could tell I was anxious about the shipping delay, and his communication did put my mind at ease. 5 stars. Item Description: Watch was indeed new and unworn, and was still stickered in a number of areas. Picture on description was a single stock photo. Under a loupe, I did notice tool marks on the case back and at the holes to remove the end links - I assume the case back was removed to authenticate the movement (which I appreciate), but could have been done in a more careful way. Marks are nearly invisible to the naked eye, but still, not to be expected on a BNIB watch. 4 stars Shipping: The funds were placed in escrow on the evening of March 9th. The watch was delivered on March 14th. Description stated overnight domestic delivery. Seller indicated that insuring the parcel took an extra day or two. Not sure if that's typical process, but perhaps that should be included in the description as well. Coronavirus lock-downs were also a factor, so giving some slack for this too. 4 stars

Although watch arrived in new and undamaged condition as promised, the photo and description are generic and do not match the watch delivered 100%. Stickers and model date do not match what advertised. For the amount of money spent, I expected the description described the delivered item 100%. There’s no need to repeat what’s in the brochure.
