Started off rocky due to the wrong description on the site in addition to the crown guard being connected upside down after inspection/polishing. I gave 3 stars on pic/description due to the description being wrong but the PAM00359 actually looked better in person! It was in great condition without any visible flaws. Like other reviews, when I called and voiced my concerns to customer service (Mary), she worked with me to quickly remedy the problem which ensured that I would definitely purchase from this group again. Shipping and delivery by DHL carrier was perfect in time. item came with the green rolex box but no certificate from rolex but a gems certificate. The watch was in mint condition. communication should be more pro active. Picture whitening and brightening is photoshop (sic) but not a big deal for the already owner owner of steel rolex. the watch is incredible on my Mum wrist.
