Für den Abwicklung und die Versendung der Ware möchte ich noch folgende Anmerkung machen: Es war mir unklar wie die Versendung, Übergabe und Verzollung der Ware erfolgt. Ich habe deswegen bei Chrono 24, beim Händler, beim Paketdienstleister(Fedex) und beim Zollamt mehrmals nachfragen müssen. Ich wollte das Paket direkt beim Fedex Service Point abholen (was durch meine Nachfrage letztendlich auch funktioniert hat). Entsprechende Informationen über die Abwicklung insbesondere von Chrono 24 wären sehr hilfreich.

Very polite and timely responses from sales rep. Item was listed as ‘original B&P’. Was disclosed prior to checkout- vaguely- that the papers were an in house warranty and not manufacturer original. Just list as box only next time. Other than that, all good.

Everything went well with the watch purchase. Mateo was excellent and really helped me out a lot I want to say thank you so much Mateo. When my watch arrived I was told that I needed to be home and would need to sign for it to my surprise I got a call from my neighbor and was told a package was left on my doorstep it was my watch not sure how long it sat there but I am grateful that it did not get stolen that being said I love the watch it was everything as advertised I would recommend my Chrono24 to others.
