非常にスムーズに購入できました。 メッセージやりとりもすぐに対応してくれたため安心して購入ができたのが良かったです。 残念だったのは新品未使用品の購入なのに外箱の一部に変色と破れがあったことです。 これについては説明文にも記載がなかったので届いたものを確認したとき残念でした。 時計本体は傷もなく非常にいい状態だったので良かったです。

Sir, my apologies regarding the outer box. I did not notice myself. If we were to have discussed the box offline, I would have gladly found you another and replaced it straight away. We all deal in pre-owned watches, even though the watch itself is like "new" and "unworn". I have noted your comments and respect your low rating (to a certain extent). Looking back on the messages we sent each other, I saw that you had queries regarding your countries import duties and whether I would ship the watch as needing a repair, so as to avoid your countries duties. Good dealer, item was basically as promised though was in a bit rougher shape than originally noted in listing. Dealer said it needed service (which it did) and turned out to need additional work done while being serviced. Would purchase again from dealer, but would stick to watches that were already serviced.

We were selling this watch on behalf of someone else, which is not our usual practice. It was not in as good quality as we would have liked, but this was reflected in the good price we were offering at. The images in the advert reflected its quality and we were transparent throughout the process. The extra work the client was referring to, was probably due to the polishing. As the watch had never been inspected, we do not like to polish away the first layer of metal. Once serviced the piece would have been in mint condition. Having purchased through Trusted Checkout, the client was well within his rights to return the piece at no cost to him, should he of not been completely happy with his purchase. A fair reflection on rating and clients points noted. Thank you. FWB

The purchase went smooth and nicely with the dealer, very good dealer and fast delivery of the watch. But US buyers have to be careful with extra fees because Chrono24's bank is based outside US (Germany) and I was charged a transaction fee by the credit card that I used, which is my fault in a way because I should have checked better before using that CC for the purchase, although the seller was in US and currency was US dollars.
