I purchased a FRÉDÉRIQUE CONSTANT watch from a seller in America but after I paid the seller cancelled the order saying when he took the watch out of the vault it was damaged. To say the least it was very disappointing surely he should have known what condition it was in before selling. It was advertised as new. In my opinion the refund takes far too long. A buyer has to pay instantly so why is the refund not paid instantly. Which would give me the opportunity to buy an alternative without waiting for the refund.

Die Bewertung beim Versand richtet sich ausschließlich gegen das Transportunternehmen Fedex, für den Ablauf und die Abwicklung bei Fedex ist ein Stern noch zu viel. Die Verpackung selbst war sehr gut.
