The only issue, was communication regarding the delivery of the watch. I received a call from a rep at brilliance and grace, asking me if I would be available for delivery of my watch the following day. He indicated that it would be shipped overnight, and would require a signature on receipt. I was available, and waited at home the next day. It didn't arrive until several days later, from a different dealer in California. When I received it, the watch was as described in the ad. Overall, I'm happy with the watch, but wish communication had been better.
