The watch outlook is beautiful. In the spec, it is written the condition is “very good”. But the accuracy is not good actually. When I wear the watch, it shift about 30 minutes in a day. When I leave it on the table after winding, there is not such a big delay. I do not know why. I might need an overhaul. Hope it was shipped after overhaul. Since I cut off the plastic-tag that “no return if the tag is removed”, I gave up to ask them for repair….

This Patek 5496 was described as “unworn” and “New Old Stock never worn.” These are direct quotes from the listing. Upon receipt of the watch, it was clear that either it had been worn or the case otherwise was damaged in the course of its life, there being multiple deep scratches on the case and lugs visible with the naked eye. Upon being pointed out to the dealer, they refused to acknowledge the inaccuracy of the listing, and refused to offer any price concession, stating only that they did not agree, despite there being irrefutable photo evidence showing the damage. Ultimately, the watch appears to run well so I elected to keep it and have the damaged addressed by Patek. However, these issues should have been disclosed in the listing. I note this is the second criticism this dealer has received for inaccurate description of a high end watch in recent history. Caveat emptor.

Quite disappointed, description said there was small to no scratches, turned out the watch is extremely scratched, the gold plating has faded and the glass is extremely scratched aswell.

I bought a secondhand Meistersinger from them. The watch had clear signs of extensive water damage, some noticeable immediately (like the green mold on the rotor, which I thought at first was corrosion) and some that became apparent after a bit closer inspection (like water stains under the front crystal arising from condensed water). Chrono24 and the dealer gave me no difficulty when I requested a return and full refund, but a watch should never be sold to anyone in that status to begin with, without being cleaned up and its water incident clearly disclosed.
