My order was processed with Trusted Checkout. There was a difference in the item shipped, just 1 number in the long PartNumber, however, it resulted in a men´s model instead of a woman´s. The Seller reacted professionally and swiftly; the product was returned and the money back was received. I understand an error can occur, no problem. Watch itself is great. Shipping was a bit complicated, probably not the dealer's fault, but DHL had no documents for customs clearance, that caused a week of delay, and package almost returned back. Probably DHL's fault, not the seller's, but he could have cared and helped more. Hence not 5 stars.

The shipping was timely and the watch was well packaged. One thing I have to mention is that there were some aspects of the watches condition that were not listed in the description. There was a small chip in the crystal around the 11 o'clock position. Also, one of the spring bars was smaller in diameter than the other one, which resulted in one lug being pretty loose and jangly. Not a big deal to replace but it has to be mentioned.

1) Item arrived dusty but new. The least the seller could’ve done was dust it before shipping. 2) warranty card was empty with nothing written on it (so no proof of warranty) I would’ve made a huge deal out of the above had it been a fancier watch
