I do understand the different time zones, language and practices which may be the reasons of delay at times, barring that it was a good interaction. I do hope in the future the conversion rates of currencies are announced and value of each currency is globally followed strictly. Everybody values their money more than the others.

Kommunikation über die App offensichtlich nicht ausreichend, Anfragen kamen nicht an oder wurden ignoriert. Versandt erfolgte nach 10 Wochen Wartezeit. Zwischendurch leider Infos nur auf Nachfrage. Insgesamt nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie kein positives Erlebnis hatten. Als wir Ihnen die Uhr geliefert haben, hat sie einwandfrei. Leider kommt es manchmal aufgrund der Komplexität der Uhren dazu, dass diese einen Defekt erleiden können. Deshalb haben wir die Uhr zurückgenommen und zur Reparatur an den Hersteller gesendet.

Should have read more carefully, but they were selling a watch for a great price, but could not secure it. I’m new to this site so I presumed all listings are for available watches. Still, they refunded the full amount of my money. Don’t like that cancellation reason is “buyer no longer interested”, not true, dealer didn’t have the timepiece.

Jammer dat eerst gemeld wordt dat het horloge beschikbaar is en later na betaling, in afwachting van levering het bericht krijg dat het toch niet geleverd kan worden.
