Indicavano consegna dal 26 dicembre all'11 gennaio, la consegna è avvenuta il 21 di gennaio. Non hanno mai cambiato la data di consegna stimata anche quando il ritardo era evidente. Avevamo concordato una regolazione del bracciale a 17 cm e mi hanno risposto che non potendo farlo direttamente non sarebbe stato preciso, ho risposto che se non era preciso non era un problema, ma non hanno sistemato il bracciale (forse hanno erroneamente capito che potevano soprassedere).

The dealer was fantastic, well presented (I went into the shop) and knew us stuff. The only downfall was the lack in communication between ordering the watch and it arriving. I appreciate I ordered at a busy period but more communication would have helped the process massively and eased a lot of stress on my side of the deal
