The shipment was very quick and very well packaged. I did return the item though because though it was refurbished it didn’t say that the covering was plastic and not glass or crystal. It made it feel and look less quality. It was also very hard to read Swiss made on the watch which is usually visible, I think that was due to the plastic

The Watch came well packaged and as described. The seller sent extra photos and video when requested which provided more trust to make the purchase.

Condition was listed as "very good," but the watch does not keep time and the hour hand register is not aligned. The rest of the watch is in good condition, though, and it's so pretty and unique that it's not worth sending back. Still mostly happy about the purchase; just a bummer I can't wear it for awhile, since it had to go straight to a shop for repair.

The watch and service from Chrono24 was great and I would recommend. Fedex however who delivered the watch from the USA were a nightmare with very poor communication. There should be an easy way to pay import duty on the app if possible? Trying to do it via fedex was so time consuming, and frustrating.

The shipping was faster than Chrono24 anticipated, and the packaging was great. The photos advertised were not of the watch I received, because the hands on the watch were different. But I still love the watch. I thought the communication could have been better. I was concerned about the timing of the shipping and didn't get a response right away. When I did, it was very short and not especially helpful in resolving my concern. I would nevertheless recommend this dealer. A little more time spent communicating with me would have gone a long way.

I would say overall the experience was good - the shipping was fast. However, the watch came with some major strap problems. This was discussed before the purchase and the seller even knocked off a bit of money on the purchase. But after receiving - the strap smells so bad I haven't even worn the watch more than once. It's made my clothes smell, my skin smell, it even makes my room smell. The strap is not in good condition and has to be replaced. Otherwise, haven't been able to verify the quality of the watch as I'm still waiting to get it into a watch store.
