Kindly note your forwarding company damaged the watch when they inspected it, but we decided to take the return anyway and lose hundreds of dollars as we appreciate your service for our government. See below for a sample of the messages in support of our position as we do not send watches in "diplomatic pouches". It is clear the watch was damaged during their inspection/transit to you when it passed the several security clearances: Thanks for shipping the watch so quickly. I am a US diplomat stationed overseas and the address the watch was sent is for my diplomatic mailbox that will forward my mail overseas to the embassy where I live. Wanted to let you know as it will take a few additional days for me to confirm delivery event after it might show that it has been delivered to Virginia. Thanks for the patience and the sale of the watch. I just received my watch today via my diplomatic pouch. The watch seems to have defects that were not in the original picture. It was advertised as mint and unworn, but there are clearly scratches and defects on the bevel. It doesn’t seem like the watch sent to me is the same one that was in photos. Great price. Great communication. Fast and easy shipping. The only issue I had was listing items as unworn condition. The bracelet and bezel has a fair amount of grime built up in it from obvious use. Nothing to deter me from keeping it but certainly not in unworn condition. Will be taking to AD for a proper cleaning

I'm not convinced the watch is 100% original parts. Regardless of speculating, it is definitely not "mint/unworn" condition, as stated in the description. There are light scuffs (not a problem at all, if the product description hadn't suggested otherwise). More troubling, the bezel doesn't rotate nearly like it should, and the crown action isn't smooth either. When notified, they did offer to have me ship the watch back to them for inspection/repairs. So it could be worse. But I'm not thrilled to spend 5 figures on a watch advertised as mint condition that clearly is not, and now feel like I have to spend more money to take it to an inspector to verify authenticity and tell me what's wrong with it.

Watch arrived very quickly, however it did not run and had severe damage to the dial, that was disappointing. This could have been caused during shipping. Seller was very responsive and sent a replacement model asap. I would buy again from this seller.

Dealer had to send a replacement after the original had significant damage. It appeared to be a mistake but it shouldn’t have happened. I’m recommending them based on price and responsiveness with the caveat that it could go sideways. The watch they eventually sent was exactly what they’d listed.

The description stated the watch was 'UNWORN'. Once it arrived, I took it to my local Rolex dealer with the intention to have it custom-sized to my wrist. Before doing any work to it, my Rolex dealer informed me that the watch was far from unworn and had a lot of wear on it but that it was re-polished to look unworn. Needless to say, I returned the watch.

I purchased a Milgauss described as “mint”. I returned it and asked for a refund as soon as it arrived. The clasp had an issue and more importantly, the watch got all foggy inside the first time I washed my hands. It clearly was not mint and needed servicing. The dealer provided a return label promptly.

Very nice dealer but ultimately a total waste of time. Advertised as including original papers and warranty card. Even pictured the warranty card in the listing. Then did not ship them. Literally no official Rolex paperwork with the matching paperwork was included. Immediate return. I have so doubt the watch was real but absolutely false advertising. At this price point there is no substitute for real papers.

Generally, I had a good experience with this company. The watch was described as being in MINT condition. Although the aesthetic condition was MINT, there was a problem with the bezel. Upon contacting the supplier, they corrected the defect timely and without additional cost to me. On returning the watch to me, though, they sent the watch to the carrier facility and didn’t notify me about the shipment so the watch was there for an extra day. Overall, this company was easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again.

Dealer was very responsive and easy to work with. Sadly the picture of the watch did not match the watch that was sent and there were multiple scratches and small marks when the watch was advertised as unworn and the picture was of a watch without the marks. However, the dealer was very easy to work with in returning the watch and obtaining a refund.
