Retard de livraison et aucune réponse du transporteur GLS à mes mails avec photo du reçu de paiement de la taxe de dédouanement. La livraison a été effectuée 8 jours après que j ai joint Chrono 24 au tél (très efficace) qui a demandé au vendeur de contacter le transporteur.. du coup raté pour la Noël!!!!

As of this rating (9/17), I'm still waiting for the Warranty Card to be sent. It was accidentally left out of the box when the time piece was shipped to me. It's been assumed to be lost in the mail, and last I heard (9/11) they are requesting a new Warranty Card... I was trying to wait to confirm that this particular issue was resolved before rating them, but Chrono24 is making me rate now or not at all... 3 stars on packaging because of missing Warranty Card only. Communication is at 4 stars since it can be a few days for responses or not following up with the status of (in this example, has the new card been ordered? Is it on its way? Or...)

Thanks so much for your order! We have the new warranty replacement on the way from Breitling. I understand your frustration, it has been a tricky one to coordinate since the re-printing process of the warranty is difficult. This wasn't in the box since Breitling was sending this separately since it was a close-out and it comes with their paper warranty card. Thanks for your feedback and I understand your frustration. We will continue to work to expedite this.
