I didn’t buy the watch. The watch wasn’t full original I was waiting the new buckle from Cartier but in the end he hasn’t bough it so I didn’t purchase. I prefered to know firstable that all wasn’t all from original piece. But the seller is available and answer quickly. Too bad I loved his watch.

Mrs. Natalie, the watches do not always have the original buckles and that does not mean that people stop buying them. Buying the buckle is not a problem, it is more of a problem how long it takes and I sell the watch with the buckle that comes in the photos. If you wanted the original it takes time and you have to wait and pay for the buckle, it is worth about 100e and if you If you want the watch, I respect the price, but you would have to pay for the buckle and wait for it to arrive. I purchased a buckle and the item that arrived was different from the advertised photo. It’s as simple as that. This advertisement remains current as at Oct-22. Communication in the app evidenced a rather confusing set of messages however the language barrier can possibly be blamed for part of this. The dealer accepted the return buckle and I received a refund however the whole debacle was quite a nuisance. Nonetheless an honest dealer insofar as the refund went so I can recommend. Just disappointed, as if given the choice I’d still take the buckle that remains on the current advertisement. All the best.

J’ai été dans l’obligation de retourner la montre à mes frais pour régler un défaut au niveau du cadran et de la lunette. Le travail a été effectué avec soin. La montre aurait du être classé par le professionnel comme état bon et non très bon. Je donne tout de même une bonne note en moyenne car ce professionnel est sérieux sur le SAV et sur la communication.
