The images and paperwork were of an identical watch but with a different serial number. The description said "no box, but original documentation, blank warranty card". There was no documentation and a blank unsigned warranty card has no validity when claiming Manufacturers warranty. I guess that's why it cost about 1/3 of list price of purchased from a recognised Movado dealer. The small print does state that if they have more than one of the same model, they will use an old photo showing details, eg serial number, but I did not feel reassured about the authenticity when my "documentation" was just prints of this, with a different serial number to the watch I received. It is still advertised and pictured. That just seems lazy. Prospective buyers are not given any indication of the s/n of the watch for sale. This should be corrected. The postage seemed expensive, compared to the UPS quotes I checked for the same service

Hello The pictures of the blank warranty card are shown in the listings. The buyer correctly mentioned the serial number statement, but it is not a fine print, it is the same font size as the description. I charge 25 USD for international shipping from New York to the United Kingdom including the insurance, please check the quote from USPS website, make sure the quote includes the insurance. The watch was sold for a fraction of the retail cost. Please always read the complete description, policies and review detailed photos before making the purchase.

This was my first purchase on Chrono24. I wanted a new strap for my Breitling. The one that I received was clearly not the quality that I know and expect from Breitling. After taking it to my local Breitling store and they confirmed the issues with the quality of the band and clasp I returned it. Very disappointing first experience with this platform.

The strap is exactly as shown in the pictures, an original Breitling strap. At first, the buyer complained that this strap is not original. Breitling confirmed that this is an original and then buyer decided to complain about the quality. Very rude and difficult customer, we do not need customers like that on this platform. Chrono24 welcomes adequate buyers and sellers. The images are 3x magnified so you can see the strap better than in real life. If you are so picky you need to review pictures before making the purchase. I am sorry for the harsh response, but this is one of the worst buyers I had ever dealt with on this platform.

Good experience. When watch arrived, a small clasp on the bracelet fell off and dealer immediately offered me to ship it back for refund or repair. In the end, decided to keep because price was reflecting condition. Appreciated Andrei's responsiveness.
