La qualité de communication est ok. Le vendeur a annulé la vente en expliquant que "Chrono24 automatically pulls watch from our site randomly. Sometimes the watch they pull was just recently sold.". Le vendeur a proposé de me vendre à nouveau la montre mais là encore sans succès.

Dealer is great as is the product. My only negative comment is that the piece does not have the pinkish lume as depicted in the product photographs. I purchased the piece knowing that the pink lume was probably not an actual depiction of what I would receive however for another buyer this may be an issue.

The delivery took longer than all other watches I had bought through Chrono24. It was probably the worst time to order the watch, which was on 27 Dec during when the dealer was probably not working and the order was shipped only on 2 Jan. Other than that, the watch was fantastic and packaging well done.

El estuche del reloj está en condiciones aceptables, pero la caja que cubre el estuche viene despegada, rota, donde se colocan los documentos del reloj. Además si vienen todos los eslabones pero falta un perno. No sé dónde lo podré conseguir en caso de requerir.

The purchase was successful, but the seller took a long time to respond to messages and there was no way to negotiate the price despite its possibilities.

Watch received quickly in very good general condition with box and documents (which included an invoice for a previous heavy repair, which a mention in the description would have been appreciated). The wristclasp does not fully lock, making it to unlock unexpectedly from time to time. A visit to a B&R reseller must be organized to check it up. Also, the inside material of the box somehow decompose to the touch. Was it stored in a high moisture environment? Should I sell the watch further once, I will not be able to include the box.

The watch was advertised as being in "excellent condition", yet it was losing 20 seconds per day (well outside the Grand Seiko Standard). When I told them about this, I was told to have it serviced myself. The seller should have had it serviced before listing it in the first place.

Great to work with and super communication & shipping. We did work out a small discrepancy in box & papers but the timepiece itself was exactly as described and got a smoking deal.

The watch description was accurate though the alligator band was more worn than depicted in the photos, and the original box/packaging was decomposed. Overall transaction rating: 3.9 Stars

The watch was in good condition, and the shipping was fast. The only negative is that the watch had an aftermarket strap, and this was not mentioned in the description. The watch was only 7 or 8 months old so it is hard to imagine why it needed an aftermarket strap in place of the OEM strap. The aftermarket strap was also not of high quality so I replaced it immediately. All together I would still recommend the seller.

Description stated the clasp was platinum, it was steel. A little disappointed. They offered full refund and free return shipping. I kept the watch. Their packaging and and shipping were absolutely top notch. Good communication.
