Communication was a bit difficult at times but honestly, I received the watch I had requested and am very happy! Cartier Santos 100 and in great condition, with box and papers. The shipping process was a little different from what I have experienced with purchasing watches in the US. Shipping out of Barcelona to the US, customs process (filling out the forms) it was all pretty simple. Everything was done with digital forms/email on my phone at least through FedEx. The whole process took less than 14 days from purchase to delivery. Happy with the watch and end result so it was worth it. I paid a little more here than others I saw on the app but it had what I wanted. I’d purchase again from this seller. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism, Turelojya SL! Sehr schöne Uhr, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, schneller Versand, überaus sorgfältige Verpackung. Im Inserat angegeben waren allerdings Faltschliesse und Lederband, tatsächlich wurde die Uhr mit Dornschliesse und Kautschukband ausgeliefert (war so aber auch auf den Bildern zu erkennen). Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlender Händler.

The order and shipping of the watch was seamless. The only delay was due to my late response to carrier. However, the condition of watch was not 100% accurate as extensive repairs were required totaling about $2k from manufacturer. Seller would only agree to cover about $700 of those repairs, but as of this review still has not paid that amount.
