Außen war die Uhr wirklich einwandfrei nur schon sehr sehr lange nicht geservist. ich habe die Omega nun für 750 € komplett überholen lassen müssen nach dem Kauf das ist sogar stehen geblieben ist.

Watch is absoultely fine and in the condition described. Retailer was though hiding the the guarantee card on the pictures so that I couldn't see that the card is not stamped and signed by an official Omega dealer. A clear sign that the watch comes from questionable sources. All my other watches include this certificate in appropriate form, so I guess this has negative impact on the reselling price. The reaction from the retailer was not appropriate. Lip of the outer box was ripped off, another thing that was hidden in the pictures. Communication was very fast, but as I had to do with 2 or 3 people from the retailer the messages were sometimes contradictory. In the end the watch itself is great, but the above mentioned topics leave behind a mixed picture. Georg

Dear Georg we sold to you a like new watch ..... and you confirmed it , so I don't understand why you don't recommend me . customer can ask pictures in private about warranty card , we don't like pubblish warranty card to everyone with serial number I offered to take the watch back , but you refused - I don't understand why you want hold the watch you bought from a dealer you don't recommend . you left 4/5 stars for shipping you left 3/5 stars fro description you left 4/5 stars for comunication so an average of 7,3 point /10 and after that you don't recommend our company It is a very strange world . Anyone can report untrue and contrary judgments I think It is not possible write : Watch is absoultely fine and in the condition described. - and left a negative review ...... I don't know how this review can help future customers , but I only can confirm we invest every day energy to offer watches in the best condition, the best descritpion and comunication. In fact also Georg confirmed it..... If customer want offer us a bad review are free to do it, despite having received a perfect watch ;) IT IS A FANTASTIC WORLD
