L’article est arrivé défectueux mais le vendeur l’a récupéré, réparé et renvoyé. Il est maintenant en parfait état. Il est dommage de ne pas l’avoir fait vérifier avant de l’envoyer la première fois mais le vendeur a tout fais pour arranger les choses.

Leider war die Uhr nicht neu, wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Sie hatte bereits kleine Kratzer. Insofern musste der Preis nachverhandelt werden. Etwas ärgerlich, wenn man eine neue Uhr haben möchte. Aber wir sind uns einig geworden.

The dealer was great with communication and shipped the package right away. It was received in Los Angeles within 2 days, but unfortunately, it was held up in customs for another 7 days. Thankfully, it arrived on time for when I need the package, but give yourself some time to ensure it clears customs. I also had to call DHL because their website was not updating the delivery date real time. It was showing the original date, even though it had already passed. Once I called, they put a rush on it.
