Got exactly what I wanted. There was some confusion on the box and papers but the full set came and very happy with the purchase. Would recommend. They were quick to clarify any confusion too so if there is an issue, I’d say just ask and they will be on top of it.

Very proffessional dealer to work with. There were (2) issues regarding my purchase experience: 1) Courier left package with no signature on my end. I raised this to the dealer so dealer could address this in future purchases with its courier. 2) Strap was not in "very good" condition as overall description of the item, and I was a bit disappointed with this. Watch case and rest of the watch was perfect. Dealer reacted very well and addressed this issue very prodffessionally. Overall you see true colors of proffessionals when things come-up and I cannot complaint in the averall experience I had in this case. Sure will purchase from this dealer in the future.

"bought" the watch. Was sent a message that it was coming from some other place and that would delay the shipment. Then was told the watch didn't meet quality control measures and it would take up to 16 weeks to get repaired. Not sure they ever had the watch in the first place. This was my first experience with Chrono and it wasn't a good one. I got a refund.

I've dealt with dealer in the past and have been pleased with the watches I've purchased. This time around the watch's condition was not entirely accurate. I'll be a bit more careful next time, but would still recomend this dealer. Excellent packing and ultra fast shipping.

Watch is great. However, it was missing two links that they never explained in the description. It also had to come from Dubai but was listed in the US. So shipping took longer than expected.

My issue was with the shipping and delivery. It took four days to get delivered to me and it was partly because the way they shipped it required an adult signature. If this had been mentioned in the sales notes, it would have been easier for me to be at home to receive. I did get the box eventually and I am extremely happy with my purchase and I hope that my husband will be when I give it to him in July for his 30 year USMC retirement gift.

Bonne communication avec le vendeur, emballage satisfaisant, montre qui correspond aux attentes. Mais, la livraison a été très très problématique. En raison d'un changement de règle de TVA pour les envois internationaux et des difficultés pour joindre le transporteur, le colis a été indûment retenu en douane pendant 10 jours. Je suis content d'avoir la montre, mais je ne suis pas sûr de recommander prochainement.
