The condition of the watch was rated based on many aspects: mechanical condition, first of all, which was very good considering the timepiece is vintage, the aspect of the case and buckle which again was very good meaning all this time it was taken care of, so it will last till these days and the strap, which was not damaged or changed with a new one. Beside that, this watch is pre-owned and gold is a soft metal and it usually gets scratched easily. However those are normal signs of wear for a watch. This aspect was mentioned in the description also. The pictures we listed were high quality in order for the client to identify its real condition, not edited. The good part on Chrono24 is that you have the possibility to zoom in those pictures and everything can be seen. Overall, thank you for placing your trust in us and your willingness to share. You were informed during our conversation that the watch is not in mint condition and it has few scratches, additional pictures and video were attached and you agreed. It was listed as unworn at first because we did not have the watch in front (in the store) and we were told it was unworn, after we received it we told you the correct information (slight scratches) because we wanted you to know every detail. Since you already accepted our proposal, there was no need to re-list it. Delivery was also ok and very fast (1 day). Please let us know what other improvement you can think of for our services? The watch has not been polished, it was written in the listing description and we actually mentioned from the beginning in our conversation that it had a few slight scratches (and it could be polished if the customer requires, which you did not), aspect which could also be seen in the video that we sent you and in the professional photographs. We are sorry you are not very satisfied with its condition, however all facts were presented corectly. I asked you when you received the package if evertyhing was ok and didn't hear back from you, we could've explained this situation at that time so there would be no misunderstandings.
