Overall very good communications and watch was as described. The only issue was that it would appear the watch hadn’t been checked with a timegrapher before being dispatched (was gaining 45 mins every 25 hours). This involved posting the watch back at my cost and then waiting for it to be rectified and sent back.

All my previous purchases with other dealers were well packaged and protected with FEXDEX. Unfortunately, I had to pay extra $816 for a destroyed package with all papers ruined with DHL. I cant blame the dealer. Just ask them for a better and a more responsible delivery service.

Thank you for your feedback regarding DHL. We were advised that DHL were the more trusted/reliable courier in that region however next time we will try FedEx who we normally use. The extra $816 we presume was import duty which would have been charged regardless of which courier.

Great service and delivery was very prompt. But the dealer could have done a simple wipe down of the watch and sorted the box. A little disappointed that the watch was flat looking abd needed a simple polish (by me) to make it sparkle.

The seller failed to mention that the strap buckle is not original. None of pictures showed the buckle for the buyers to notice the buckle is not original. But the shipping and the packaging is excellent.
