Beim kürzen lassen des Armbands beim hiesigen Juwelier wurde meine Befürchtung bestätigt: Schließe ist stark verkratzt. Da das auf der Couch relativ symmetrisch aussah, dachte ich zunächst, das muss so. Misstrauisch geworden, habe ich mir die Garantieunterlagen angesehen. Die Garantie war fast einen Monat zuvor bei einem Händler in Zagreb aktiviert worden. Beim genauen Hinsehen zeigt sich eine Fehlstellung des Minutenzeigers. Habe die Uhr heute mit den Garantieunterlagen zu dem Juwelier in Köln, bei dem ich 1988 das Vorgängermodell mit UTC gekauft hatte, gebracht. Dieser Fehler wurde bestätigt mit dem Kommentar: "Wir geben das an die Firma Breitling und Sie sehen Ihre Uhr dieses Jahr nicht mehr wieder". Die Uhr wurde von Händler Juwelier Stahl als "NEU" inseriert. Ich sehe hier B-Ware mit Kratzern (Gebrauchsspuren). Daher sehe ich von einer Empfehlung ab.

Es tut mir leid das es ein Problem mit einer meiner Uhren gibt. Kratzer kann ich leider nicht bestätigen da die Schließe foliiert war und wie sich eine Fehlstellung der Zeiger darstellen sollte kann ich so nicht nachvollziehen. Breitling liefert grundsätzlich keine B-.Ware aus. Die Garantiekarte bzw. dessen Datum war auf den Bildern deutlich dargestellt. Grundsätzlich wäre es schön gewesen Sie hätten sich mit dem Problem an mich gewandt und natürlich hätte ich die Uhr anstandslos zurückgenommen.

Customs paperwork was not completed correctly by dealer and could not be corrected because dealer was on vacation. I ended up having to spend 2 hours on the phone with Federal Express and then had to correct all of the paperwork. This is the 7th watch I have bought from Europe and this is the only dealer who has not done this correctly.

I am very sorry about. I send a lot of Watches to US and have had no Problem ever. This was the first watch to Texas and they have other Rules. Also FedEx lost the first Watch-Sheet and I have had not all Information with me. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Orologio presentato molto bene, ed effetivamente in ottime condizioni anche se usato. Sono rimasto male nel constatare che, pur fornito di scatola e senza documenti, non ci fossero delle maglie aggiuntive per il cinturino in acciaio. Ritengo che l'ottimo stato dell'orologio non corrisponda ad un possessore che distrattamente fornisce la scatola e non altro. Ingannevole la formula del prezzo particolarmente interessante ed un costo di spedizione ingiustificatamente alto.

Die Umverpackung (nicht das Etui) der Uhr war an den Kanten beschädigt, obwohl die Uhr als 'ungetragen' bezeichnet wurde, was sie wohl auch zu sein scheint
