The experience was excellent overall. The packaging consisted of the manufacturer's box covered in a layer of bubble wrap and heavily taped. This made it difficult to open and could have damaged the manufacturer's box, although I, of course, could not know what condition the manufacturer's box was in originally. The package arrived in less than 3 days from Europe to US-very fast.
