I was delighted with the watch. I can’t praise the dealer highly enough for that. The only thing I was just a bit disappointed with was that the white Omega outer box was quite tatty. With it being only 9 months old I assumed it would be in equally good condition as the watch. I explained that then people buy luxury watches - they like the boxes to be in really good condition as well. The dealer’s response was that, they “can’t help the condition of the outer box as this is how they bought it”. I think it should have been made clear in the description that the outer box wasn’t in good condition (but it wasn’t). The dealer did offer that I could come to their show room to swap for another one. However as I live 148 miles away, this wasn’t really helpful. I think it would have been an appropriate gesture to let me send the box back so they could send me one in better condition but this wasn’t offered. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and I would buy from this dealer again but I do think this tainted the buying experience a little bit if I am honest.

The dealer didn’t provide all the necessary documents for custom. Wads irresponsive upon enquiry. All this resulted in multiple communications with shipping company and weeks of delay.

As a rule, we always complete and send the watch breakdown sheet directly to DHL before we dispatch the watch, in an attempt to alleviate the time spent processing in customs on the other side. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that this will speed things up and once the package is with customs, there is little more we can do. As I did not hear from you via the messaging platform that there was an issue with the import I was unable to provide any assistance. The watch was slightly different then the description however I agreed to purchase and to see the watch with the option to return if I wasn’t satisfied. It wasn’t for me and I returned the piece and received my refund a few days later. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

Verkoper reageerde snel en vriendelijk maar er werd niet op alle gereageerd. Er werd ook beloofd dat het bandje op de juiste lengte gemaakt zou worden, wat niet gebeurd is. Ik had ook het genoegen dat ik eerst een bestelling van iemand anders opgestuurd kreeg die ik terug mocht sturen. Daar werd een vergoeding voor beloofd die ik nog steeds mag ontvangen. Niet dat ik dat echt wil hebben of zo maar ik heb de belofte niet gemaakt. Ik ben dus niet echt tevreden over de gang van zaken rondom het horloge. Maar ik besef mezelf ook dat ik hierin een uitzondering kan zijn. Het horloge zelf is echt prachtig en precies zoals omschreven. Ik denk zelfs nog netter dan omschreven want het is absoluut smetteloos. Ik kan wel door het andere heenkijken maar het is wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

Very disapointing the watch had supposed to been through there work shop but i doubt that very much as when i removed the sticker from around the strap the 2 strap pins were loose & one actually fell out , Also the 2 side cheeks from the box are missing this is not a problem as it was as pictured but who ever shipped it just put the watch in the empty box so it was rattling about all the time during shipping

Hi Dave, Thanks for the review regarding the Omega Speedmaster Snoopy. Unfortunately, there was an error when dispatching the watch that meant it went out without the correct protective filling, to account for the missing inner to the box. This would have meant the watch wouldn't have been secured as it was meant to have been in transit. The watch underwent a full QC in our Omega certified watchmaking centre before it left and the watchmakers were satisfied that the bracelet and the watch were as they should have been. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded a portion of your payment as well as procuring and paying for a new link that was sent to you. We hope this will go some way to improving your experience.

Les informations sur l'annonce de cette vente sont erronées et ne sont pas complètes. En effet il est inscrit TVA Incluse, alors que j'ai dû m'acquitter de plus de 1600 € pour libérer la livraison. La montre ne présente aucun problème, mais le prix est faux et l'annonce incomplète. J'espère que Chrono 24 sera honnête et me remboursera.
