The watch I purchased did not match the description of the item and was in desperate need of a complete dial, hands and movement service. The watch was advertised as Very Good quality, which was not accurate, seeing as the watch had significant water damage. I chose to keep the watch as I had already paid for shipping, and was assured by an Omega certified service center that a full sevice would restore the watch to a point where I would be satisfied with it. Luigi did offer to pay a quarter of the cost of the service, which I appreciated. Still, seeing as the watch should have been in ‘Very Good’ condition from the start, it is unfortunate a full service was still necessary. I chose not to recommend this dealer based on my experience, however, do not let this review be your only deciding factor. I would recommend future buyers to ask for additional photo’s and extensive information on the watch.

Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go the way you want them to. We check all the watches before we sell them. This behavior typically avoids subsequent problems. The customer bought the watch and, after receiving it, he reported a malfunction to us. The options were return for refund or repair at our expense. The customer chose to have the repair done by his trusted watchmaker. The cost seemed too high and I offered a refund which I thought was adequate. The customer accepted and everything was resolved amicably. I thank the customer for understanding and for not having raged in the evaluation.

Belle expérience, Luigi répondait très rapidement a toutes mes questions, la montre est conforme à la description et aux photos, seul bémol l'expédition avec ups qui passait sans laisser un avis de passage, j'aurais préféré être livré par DHL par exemple mais j'aurais dû exprimer cela avant. Finalement je recommande Luigi Rosso sans hésiter.

Not the best on line experience. Even though watch arrived in good condition. During the course of the transaction. Seller seemed not the listen to some of my questions. Also not keen on buying anymore watches from Chrono24. Seller also had the nerve to ask questions about Canadian import duties, for another client... Seller should know all about import and export duties... For the money ive spent buying watches from Chrono24, one would expect way better service. I looking at other outlets. and watch front stores. Chrono24 also send a lot of emails that i dont need.

Nice product, the finishing is very good, but there’s a minor problem on performance, the watch runs too fast, 6 minutes in a day. Consequently I have to fix it by sending it to Breitling service center.

I am sorry about the problem. Actually, we did service the watch. Probably something happened during its journey towards delivery. As the watch is equipped with a basic caliber Valjoux 7750, a good quality watchmaker should be able to fix it. I believe it is just a problem of adjustment. Better try this way, first.
