Vielen Dank für Ihren Kauf auf dem Marktplatz Chrono24.de! Darf ich höflich nachfragen, was mit dem kostenlosen, versicherten Versand nach Österreich nicht in Ordnung war? Der Versand erfolgte am 23.03.2023 noch direkt am Tag der Versandfreigabe durch Chrono24, die Zustellung in Österreich zwei Tage später. Was hat nicht gepasst?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping modalities of the marketplace operator Chrono24. If we would have sent the shipment with a shipping service provider instead of DHL, e.g. with UPS or TNT, the shipping would have cost over 100 € insured to South Africa on top. Would you have gladly paid this extra charge? ;-) So you got the shipment free of charge, insured and online trackable, delivered after 3 weeks - I hope that was ok for you and I wish you a nice time with the watch. Der kostenlose, versicherte Versand nach Lettland, inkl. Online-Tracking und Wertversicherung, durchgeführt noch am Tag der Versandfreigabe durch Chrono24, war wohl nicht genehm, oder aus welchem Grunde bewerten Sie den Versand mit 3 von 5 Sternen? :-(

We regret the comparatively poor rating you gave us. This rating was given even though we 1. offered free shipping 2. offered insured shipping with tracking for free 3. the watch was reliably delivered There are no additional "costs", but you pay customs duties and import VAT when receiving from a third country (EU --> UAE). Chrono24 points out very detailed these fees, which are not charged by us, also not by the post office or DHL, but by the receiving country (your country!). We therefore ask to increase the somewhat unjustified rating to 5 stars. Thank you very much!

We are pleased if the delivery went quickly and smoothly. Please revise the somewhat incomplete rating again. You have chosen free insured shipping (0 €), which we have represented by an international registered letter (goods mail with signature). Tracking on this is limited, but the shipment can be tracked online. You have received the shipment data during shipping and then again on written request. More than the shipment number 2x indicate is not possible for us. I regret if you are confused. However, there is no reason to give an unfair rating.

È vero che il produttore ha cambiato la produzione nel frattempo e la serie più recente viene consegnata con un retro in acciaio. Tuttavia, sarebbe stato giusto se aveste dato una valutazione migliore al fatto che vi ho offerto un ritorno gratuito. Apparentemente una valutazione di vendetta perché non volevo venderti il secondo orologio per - 50 %. Molto triste! :-(

Si prega di includere quanto segue nella vostra valutazione + spedizione lo stesso giorno dell'ordine + spedizione gratuita + Pacchetto consegnato senza difetti e senza danni Devo consegnare l'orologio con un pacco UPS Express 24 ore, costo 160 €? Der Versand erfolgte noch am selben Tag der Versandfreigabe durch Chrono24, also am frühestmöglichen Tag. Die Beschreibung haben wir umfassend bearbeitet und alle wichtigen Details beschrieben, dazu sehr präzise Bilder, angefertigt von unserem Fotografen, beigefügt. Die drei E-Mails, die Sie uns geschrieben haben, wurden sämtlich am selben Tag (!) beantwortet. Über Ihre Verbesserungsvorschläge freue ich mich. Vielen Dank!

Die drei Sterne für den Versand sind möglicherweise etwas unfair, denn die Versandfreigabe durch Chrono24 erfolgte am 09.09.2020 und noch am selben Tag (!) erfolgte der Versand per DHL EU PREMIUM Paket. Die Zustellung erfolgte 4 Tage später in Frankreich. Was genau gab es nun am Versand auszusetzen? ;-)

Da hätte ein kurzer Blick in die (ausführliche und detaillierte) Beschreibung geholfen. Wenn das noch nicht gereicht hätte, dann vielleicht eine kurze E-Mail oder ein Anruf bei unserer Hotline, die an 365 Tagen am Jahr persönlich erreichbar ist. ;-) Dann hätte es am Ende vielleicht sogar zu einer fairen Bewertung für uns gereicht.
