The watch came with a scratch on the crystal that was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. He also said he’d refund me a portion of the shipping that he never did. When confronted about the crystal he said he’d see what he can do, and never got back to me. I still love the watch, but probably wouldn’t buy another one from this guy due to some of the misleading stuff in the transaction.

A 4 star on shipping when I shipped it the same day Chrono24 told me you paid for the watch, and I included a free giftf? My pictures are taken with a Leica camera on a macro setting. No scratches are visible in my pictures. But things happen, so I apologized to the customer and told him he can return the watch for a full refund. His comment was that he didn't want to return it and that he "loved" the watch. I told the customer I would ask Chrono24 to give him a partial refund in the amount of the shipping. Chrono24 harvest the information off my website and puts it on their platform. They made an error when transferring the information. Evidently, Chrono24 didn't send funds or chose not to send it. If I knew they hadn't, I would have sent him the money myself. I never heard anything, so I thought all was good. That is on Chrono24, as I have no control over what they do, I did everything I could to make this customer happy. I am sorry he isn't.

There was an issue with shipping. I did not receive the watch on time but the Dealer communicated well and kept me informed. Watch eventually made it to me and the dealer returned the shipping fees.

FedEx made the error in shipping. Watches 24 Seven had nothing to do with the error. We stayed on top of the problem and got the buyer a full refund for their shipping.

Contact verliep goed, overeengekomen prijs ging goed. Bij het verzenden zat er geen duidelijke rekening bij zodat het horloge ruim 2 weken bij de FedEx in Utrecht gelegen heeft en pas nadat ik met hun zelf contact had opgenomen en mail berichten met de verkoper had uit gewisseld is het horloge naar mij gestuurd. Na het uitpakken bleken er de verkeerde documenten bij te zitten. Niet van mijn horloge namelijk een Calibre 12 maar van een type nummer 17! Ik heb dat aan verkoper doorgegeven maar zit nog steeds op de juiste documenten te wachten en hoop dat ik die zal ontvangen want zonder deze papieren zou het horloge enkele honderden euro minder waard geweest zijn. Ik heb zeer bewust voor een horloge gekozen met alle correcte documenten erbij!

Excellent service from the dealer and my watch was just perfect. However was not impressed with the carrier FedEx who shipped the item to New Zealand. The package was handed over to our rural NZ Post who signed for it at which point FedEx told the dealer item was delivered! which of course it hadn’t. It was then delivered to my home (thank goodness) by rural post delivery who just handed said package to my husband with no identification or signature required - which is unacceptable!!! What if it had been the wrong house!!! I feel that FedEx should not hand over the package to NZ Post without the proper processes in place i.e signature and ID required on delivery. Am still awaiting feedback from dealer regarding how this could happen and if it was expressly passed on to NZ Post to obtain signature and ID why this did not occur. Obtaining a signature from NZ Rural post does not mean I have received my expensive watch!!!

Fast response to question from Bruce and he even offered to purchase an extra link if required to make the watch fit. Unfortunately the deal timed out and someone else purchased the watch before I could place it back in my cart.
