Efter at have bestilt og betalt uret meddelte forhandleren, at det ikke var til disposition og spurgte, om andre ure kunne have interesse i stedet. Det lykkedes ham dog efter protester at levere som aftalt.

Our apologies for the confusion with this customer. We understood from the customer (due to a language barrier) that he needed the watch by a certain date, so as a courtesy we offered him very similar alternative. Once the expected delivery date was clarified we were able to get him the exact watch he wanted, well within the delivery time.

Waited quite a bit longer than expected to receive the item (~1month delay). More frequently update of the status would be helpful. Nonetheless, with some extra patience, you will receive a watch exactly as described and it was packed and delivered with best care and handling. I would highly recommend Prestige Time to anyone.
