Unfreundlich und überheblich. Das war definitiv kein Kauferlebnis. Einzig die Uhr war der Grund bei ihm zu kaufen. Eine Uhr für über 350.- EUR von Portugal nach Deutschland zu transportieren ist eine Frechheit.

Commerciante serio ed affidabile, non mi sento di dare un voto negativo nonostante ho avuto qualche problema con l’orologio, in quanto arrivato ma non era revisionato e erano presenti dei difetti di funzionamento, dopo aver notificato i problemi al commerciante lui si è reso subito disponibile sia al reso dell’orologio che a rimandarglielo indietro per effettuare una revisione. Alla fine ho deciso io di tenere l’orologio e di farlo sistemare a mie spese senza renderlo. Unica pecca che mi ha fatto rimanere molto male è stata la mancanza di revisione e di alcuni difetti funzionali. Per il resto tutto ok non posso dare un parere completamente negativo sul venditore.

La montre est aussi belle que présentée, par contre depuis la réception elle ne tient pas la "charge" et ne peut être remontée convenablement. Je reste dans l'attente de la facture et des papiers d'origine ; ceux transmis ne portent pas référence de la montre. C'est dommage car le professionnel est réputé de grande qualité et ma première transaction avec Chrono 24 c'était parfaitement déroulée....

The shipping was done very quick. I paid on Sunday and by Tuesday I received it. The packaging was done very well as well. Superb. The watch is as good as the pictures, but it is neither NOS nor unworn as claimed by Mr. Gilberto. Clearly it has been used, there are some light scratches on the case, some scratches on the dial, and the leather band is not Omega OEM leather band. It is still in very good condition, I agree, but definitely not NOS nor unworn as claimed. Mr. Gilberto replied my questions quickly and politely. I have no problem communicating with him.

Solo quería reseñar que, me hubiese gustado que hubiesen enviado el pedido (un bisel), por un servicio más rápido, como un courier o de paquetería, y no por servicio correo estatal, ya que había especificado que me lo enviasen lo antes posible. A mi entender, el precio que pagué por gastos de envío, 69€, fue más que suficiente para un servicio mejorable, desde Portugal a España. Hice el pedido el 27 de Julio y le recibí el 10 de Agosto. Ola Caro Senhor! O problema que aconteceu, o seu pedido aconteceu já eu estava de férias! Mesmo assim interrompi as minhas férias para o servir! No que fui aos correios enviar a encomenda.Estava num lugar muito remoto de Portugal de férias. Onde estava a Fedex não recolhia a encomenda e mandei por express mail! Paid way too much for shipping (€300,-). I thought it would be shipped most securely by Ferrari post as mentioned, but unfortunately it was shipped with normal post. This was a bad choice as my jewelry company name was stated on the package. Over all the item itself was perfect and in good shape as shown in the pictures.
