Very genuine and proffessional seller. Highly recommended. The only thing I felt was the communication gap and the delay in response. As a buyer we expect response and replies faster from the seller so that we make our decisions wisely and faster with regards to the purchase. Otherwise luxury bazaar is outstanding.

The item had a defective date aperture upon arrival. I do not know how this could have gone undetected by dealer unless the watch was never inspected or tested upon receipt, or at any time thereafter by dealer. Dealer accepted return of course and was cordial on a telephone conversation regarding the defect in question, but not forthcoming in description of watch online.

Good communication (talked to a person, which is great these days!). Product as described. Would recommend the dealer. Only issue I had was a delay in shipment (2-3 days). It could have been faster for an in-stock item, or so I was told. The watch was a gift for an occasion, and due to having shipped late, item arrived the day after the occasion. FYI - the time delay between shipping label and FedEx having received the package was 3 days That said, the product was as described and it all worked out well. Again, would recommend the seller.
