85 Euro teurer Rückversand. Dazu war die nächste Fed Ex Station 33km entfernt. Für mich sehr bitter. Band war etwas zu groß, kann aber der Händler nichts dazu. Uhr rappelte beim aus der Box heben. Dies lässt mich vermuten, das der Rotor defekt ist. d Da ich noch eine Black Bay besitze und noch eine weitere Sammlung von Automatik Uhren, wirkten die Geräusche "nicht normal bzw. ließen ein defekt vermuten". Nachdem ich den Rückversand angesprochen habe, war die Kommunikation schleppend. Als ich die Fed ex Sendungsnummer per sms dem Händler mitgeteilt habe, erhielt ich folgend keine weitere Antwort. Nein, ich würde hier nicht mehr kaufen. 85 Euro Rückversand , +40 Minuten Fahrtweg zur Fed Ex Filiale. + ca. 30 Minuten Aufenthalt bei Fed Ex um herauszufinden, welche Rücksendungsform für mich sicherste und schnellste ist. Die Telefonauskünfte über Chrono24 und deren Mitarbeiter verliefen dagegen super. Freundlichkeit und ein guter Infomationsaustausch ließen sich hier umsetzen. Das wirkt sehr professionell und vertrauenswürdig ! Danke dafür !

Max es muy profesional y accesible. Tardó apenas unas horas en realizar el envío una vez hice la compra del producto. Inicialmente no estuve contenta con el aspecto del producto a su llegada en comparación con las fotos mostradas, pero le trasladé mis comentarios y se mostró muy receptivo planteándome una solución muy conveniente para ambos. Le compraría sin volver a dudarlo.

Mein erster Uhrenkauf auf Chrono24: alles in allem sehr positiv zu bewerten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war sehr freundlich. Der abgestimmte Versandzeitpunkt wurde nicht 100% eingehalten (eigentlich etwas später angefragt aufgrund Urlaub meinerseits). Der Zustand der Uhr ist exakt wie beschrieben. Insgesamt eine klare Weiterempfehlung für den Händler!

Mixed feelings. Excellent communication and very very fast shipping. However, the dial has a defect (in the outer part at 4 o’clock) which was not mentioned in the description. It is true that one could spot it looking very very carefully at the last (no. 10) photo, but nonetheless a bit more accurate description would have been welcomed . Anyway, since I believe the price is fair, I am keeping the watch and I am quite satisfied (even if not 100%). Thus my score of 3 out of 5.

Leider hat der Artikel nicht die richtige Passform gehabt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer lief aber stets reibungslos und auch die Rückgabe lief absolut problemlos ab. Ich würde selbst jederzeit gerne wieder kaufen und kann nur meine Empfehlung aussprechen!
