J'ai choisi ce cette montre car elle était en très bon état avec boîte et papiers ainsi qu'une garantie d'authenticité. Or, je suis déçu de constater que la boîte n'est pas celle d'origine, le livret n'a pas la taille pour rentrer dans la boîte ni la même couleur que la boîte, ce qui est impossible pour une maison de luxe comme Cartier, aussi, les documents ne sont pas tamponnés par le vendeur d'origine mais complétés par le vendeur chrono24 lui même d'apres l'ecriture similaire avec la carte de garantie de WatchGMT. Ainsi, il semble que ni la boîte ni les papiers ne soient ceux de la montre, la date d'achat ne peut être garanti, la provenance de la montre non plus. Le produit n'est donc pas conforme à la promesse pour moi.

the bracelet has 2 extremely tight links between them, which does not allow the bracelet to wrap around the wrist correctly. an operation was necessary to restore the condition of the bracelet

Tutto bene. L' unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto è stata la scatola......si sfoglia tutta. È un peccato.

I was told by the seller the watch is in great condition. The watch unfortunately arrived dirty, and I mean DIRTY! Also after inspection by Hublot I was told there was wet inside with already few rusty screws. The service cost would be around €800 - the watch was returned back.

Description of the object was quite brief and not all documentation was completely shown within the pictures. Communication with the seller could have been smoother and answers more detailed. Object however was in perfect condition, complete and as shown in the pictures/video.

Unfortunately the watch that I ordered and the paperwork that comes with it, was not appropriate, SR numbers didn’t match. Not sure if the shopkeeper is to blame for this though. I got my money back without any hassle!

I leave 2 stars because it was not specified that the card showed a wrong dial coloration the daytona I bought has a black dial with diamonds while the card shows champagne diamonds

Der Verkäufer hat innerhalb von ein paar Minuten geantwortet. Der Versand war superschnell! Einziges Manko war das mir die Bedienungsanleitung fehlt, obwohl der Verkäufer geschrieben hat das ALLE Unterlagen und Zertifikate dabei sind.
