After many custom problems due to the lack of Cites for the alligator strap and its destruction, the seller found a way to compensate. Seller was very responsive and really into the satisfaction of his customer. Watch is perfect. Good deal.

Brand New watch as advertised. Item description is marginally different but not a problem since item checks out via online warranty portal. Response a little slower than other sellers but still reasonable considering time zone differences. Most importantly, price is reasonable.

Shipping was prompt and the watch was well-packed. The watch was described as “like new” and with original box and papers; however the watch bezel action is rough and the box was not original.

Dealer offered me a variety of delivery dates, then shipped on the date I chose - so was a day later than agreed. Watch had neither been wound nor set and, though they said papers were included, there were no instructions on setting the watch. Crystal was dirty - not even wiped off. Watch was as advertised, but not much effort beyond that.

Disappointed that the dealer was not forth coming that the box was not original to watch, nor that it had scratches on the band.

Everything was great, the seller and the purchase negotiations on my new watch, except the packaging and only a single strap with the watch but clearly a place for a second strap, as well as my watch arriving outside of the watch holder position, just placed in the box, which was upsetting but thank God there was no damage/scratches etc. Other than that it was great, the watch is beautiful.
