Good guys. Only hiccup was that they mixed up the shipping address with the billing address so had to go pick it up in the wrong place myself, but they were apologetic about it. I would buy from them again.

They sent video of the actual watch which was very helpful in giving piece of mind that watch was as described. I wanted brand new but they only had “like new” so the purchase didn’t work out. They offered $500 discount because item was not brand new ;-)

Versand über FEDEX war sehr undurchsichtig, Der Prozess ist für eine Privatperson nicht nachvollziehbar. Bei FEDEX i D ist niemand telefonisch erreichbar nur standardisierte Antworten. Der Händler hat dann aus US geholfen.

Versand und Kommunikation sehr gut. Die Uhr war leider etwas nachlässig verpackt worden, lose Teile flogen in der Box umher. Das versprochene Kautschuk- Band fehlte, wurde aber durch den Händler durch eine Gutschrift kompensiert.

Watch was sold as NEW and there were case tool marks on the rear and som wear on the leather band. Upon closer examination the pictures did show some of the marks. They were prompt to pay for return shipping but not prompt to release the refund. Communication good, shipping quick and good, I may purchase from them again but probably not if there is another option.

Overall good experience. Dealer response time is excellent. Quick delivery. Great packaging. At the end we agreed on settlement price but the condition of the piece was not as expected from description. I would recommend getting additional pictures of the entire piece from multiple angles before buying. And having the option of 14 days to return is wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Watch was in great condition and the dealer was very responsive to my concerns. Shipping was lighting fast. There was a problem with the description of the watch. The listing stated box and papers. Watch showed up in only the box with no papers or invoice. I contact dealer and they explained that the listing was pulled from their website by chrono24 and the watch did not have papers. I was compensated accordingly by dealer and chrono24 to make things right. Thank you and God bless.

After many custom problems due to the lack of Cites for the alligator strap and its destruction, the seller found a way to compensate. Seller was very responsive and really into the satisfaction of his customer. Watch is perfect. Good deal.
