Rated the shipping a 4 because the Chronos reached out to the dealer to see why the package had not been sent until after the money had been in the escrow account for a few days. However, the Thanksgiving holiday could have played into it since the purchase happened around that time. After that though, I received the watch within 2 days.

The quality of the watch is excellent. Like New as described. However, the box was slightly damaged and was not clearly answered to my question about it during the conversation. So, it is the reason of not giving the full score.
