Strange experience really. Zero communication, didn't respond to multiple emails, but the watch is great and was packaged very nicely. If communication was improved I wouldn't hesitate to recommend but it's pretty unnerving to hear nothing from someone you give rather a lot of money to.

Le bracelet cuir était monté avec une pompe trop courte .Une chance que la montre soit tombée à la maison et de surcroit sur un tapis. Le modèle était présenté sous un autre nom et pas Bulgari Bulgari.

In this case the purchase resulted in returning the watch. The watch was marketed as a complete set, with original box and papers. Unfortunately there had been a mix of papers, the supplied documents belonged to another watch. The right papers were not found and therefore the watch was returned. Resolving the case and handling the return went well, the communication was kind and prompt.
