Fast, polite and shipped the genuine article. Unfortunately, it was damaged during the shipping process and had to immediately be sent to my local Tudor service centre. Perhaps a little more padding would be my recommendation for the next international shipment as the watch was loose in the original packaging with no shock absorbing materials and a single chunk of styrofoam was placed on the of the watch packaging and shipped in a slightly larger box. Otherwise, no real complaints. I would recommend the dealer but I would also recommend the dealer take some additional precautions with the packaging before shipment.

Sono complessivamente soddisfatto della transazione. Vorrei evidenziare due aree di miglioramento: la comunicazione è stata (a mio parere) positiva ma un pò 'frettolosa' nelle risposte che a volte non sono state complete come avrei gradito. Le foto dell'orologio non avevano una qualità ottimale e a seguito di mia richiesta mi è stata inviata una foto 'ufficiale'. Comunque, ripeto, transazione assolutamente positiva.

Vendeur hyper réactif, produit totalement conforme même si la garantie est de 03/2018 pour un achat de février 2019. L’emballage n’est pas 100 % secure puisqu’un des côtés était écorné. Expédition extrêmement rapide. Prix compétitif. Je recommande ce professionnel.
