I purchased my grail watch with full box and papers at a very competitive price and it was in very good condition upon arrival. It took longer than expected to receive it because it was in Latvia but I honestly didn't care and they were in communication with me the entire time. Very polite and courteous. I would absolutely do business with them again.

In the end, the watch came. Ultimately was hung up in customs. But... 1) communication with them was spotty at best, every time I called it was like groundhog day, and they clearly were not really on it unless I kept calling. Also, the reason the customs delay became a problem is they hadn't gotten the item shipped on time in the first place.

Watch exactly as described. Original shipping estimate was not met. The listing suggested item would ship almost immediately but it took ~10 days to ship. Dealer did contact to inform regarding the shipping situation

Everything with the watch order and dealer were fine other than the date wheel/mechanism within the watch not functioning 100% properly. Had to bring the watch in to be repaired since my 14-day return expired. Unsure if this was due to packaging but doubt it. However, hoping for it to be an easy, cheap fix.

Pictures were taken in intense light because the strap is darker than it appears (which I don’t mind) and the dial has more of a champagne/yellowed appearance than the silver pictures suggest (which I’m less thrilled with, and unsure if that’s the case for all FC WorldTimers since I’ve never seen another one in person). But the watch arrived in pristine shape, well packaged and protected, and it runs perfectly. I’m still pleased with the purchase as the price was very competitive. Communication with the dealer was stilted with only single sentence responses, although this could be due to English ability.
