Mixed feelings about this dealer. I ordered a watch and was told to expect 8 weeks deliverytime. It took more than 16 weeks before I recieved my watch. Along the way I felt had to remind the seller that I was waiting to recieve my order. Seller responded on my reminders every time, but I didn’t quite feel there was any help to find. A last I recieved my New watch, but to my dissapointment I discovered that the certificate was written to another name than mine. Seller wrote:” in order for the watches to be sold at discount, the cards need to be named”. I never asked for a discount and I didn’t know that the watch was on discount at all. In the wait for the watch I was told that the watch was late “because of delays, as the swiss industry goes on holiday through August“. So all along the way I was under the impression that the watch was ordered specifically to me, and I’m really dissapointet in discovering that my name wasn’t on the certificate. Seller offered to take the watch back, but I really don’t want to wait one more time.

Hi Jesper. The watch that you purchased was £1750 which was a £500 discount from RRP which is £2250. We advertise our watches as "Unworn" and we provided you with an unworn watch which was still in stickers. We do not sell new watches as we are not an Authorised Dealer, therefore we are unable to guarantee no names on warranty cards as all watches have to come from somewhere initially. Apologies once again for the delay and we hope you enjoy your watch.
