Händler ist absolut in Ordnung, Kommunikation top, Rückmeldung innerhalb eines Tages. Versand und Verpackung jedoch miserabel, statt 5 Tage hat die Lieferung 6(!) Wochen gedauert. Lieferdienst war UPS. Bei Abholung war das Paket aufgerissen, die Schachtel der Uhr war an allen Ecken stumpf.

I absolutely adore this watch, it feels the best on my wrist of any of my 120 watches. I was thrilled when I got it, It immediately was my favorite. Unfortunately a day after it just stopped running, so I sent it to California today and the problem is the US Alpina customer service is horrendous. I sent my affirm statement , but they said this was not good enough and if I wanted to have it looked at while it was under warranty I had to jump through various other hoops. ( I just got it and wore it for one day , one would hope that I am not in danger of being out of warranty?. I am very uneasy because of the lassez faire attitude of the people on the other end. I just hope I get it back without any further problems, as this is my favorite watch. I will call Chrono tomorrow maybe they can help
