The pictures of the watch were acurate but watch dose not keep the time +- 10-15 Min. a day. That, I guess is the risk in buying a watch without knowing the dealer.

amazing dealer, although i didn’t like the packaging, he covered it in a lot of bubble wrap so customs had to cut it with a knife and damaged the box, i 100% put the blame on customs but better packaging could have prevented the damage

I bought this watch with the intention that it was fully functional and I was surprised when it arrived and it was not but it the case, crystal and bracelet condition was fabulous so I decided to bit the bullet and just pay for a service which quickly and relatively inexpensively fixed it. I asked the dealer for a partial refund to compensate for this but it was denied he did give me the option to return it for a full refund which was very good just I decided to have it fixed myself. My other major complaint with this dealer is the packaging it shipped in. The packing job was one of the worst I have ever seen it came in a terrible pink flower cardboard box which could have easily damaged it and it was not properly rapped at all when I got it. But I do have to say the communication with this dealer is amazing.

So far I am very disappointed in making this purchase from this dealer. He has sent my watch to another person in the USA who is not acting on sending my watch to me. I have sent the other persons mistaken delivery of his watches to me on to the other person. But in two phone conversations with the other person he is evasive about forwarding my watch to me.
